Southeast Veterinary Conference (SEVC)

The South Carolina Association of Veterinarians is hosting their summer conference June 23-26 at the Marriott Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach, SC. For 26 consecutive years, the Southeast Veterinary Conference (SEVC) has provided veterinarians, veterinary technicians, practice managers, and support staff with quality education in a family friendly environment at a South Carolina beach resort. All veterinary team members will have the chance to hear from experts in companion animal, exotic medicine, large animal, practice management, and more. Case studies, wet labs, and interactive discussions will be offered at this perfect sized conference where approximately 500 individuals from across the country come to receive 20+ hours of continuing education. South Carolina Association of Veterinarians (SCAV)

Established in 1911, South Carolina Association of Veterinarians (SCAV) is a non-profit organization representing veterinarians throughout South Carolina. The objectives of the Association shall be to advance the science and art of veterinary medicine by providing opportunities for professional education and development and by enhancing the relationships between veterinarians, agriculture, pet owners, government and the public at large; and to protect the public health by promoting proper involvement in human and animal health care by the veterinary profession.
