These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, referred to as the “Terms”) for the website https://iloveveterinary.com (hereinafter, referred to as the “Website”) constitute a legal agreement between the user (hereinafter, referred to as “user”, “you”, “your”) of the Website and PEMP, Inc., a U.S. company, having a registered office at Trolley Square, Suite 19c, Wilmington, Delaware 19806, the United States of America (hereinafter, referred to as the “Company”, “us”, “we”, “our”).

1.1.1 The Website is a platform allowing veterinary enthusiasts to share useful veterinary-related information with fellow members of the Website.
1.1.2 The Website provides two registration options. A user can be registered as an organization or as an individual.
1.1.3 The Website allows users registered as organizations (hereinafter, referred to as the “Organizations”) to post information about available vacancies, practices, traineeships, volunteer positions, and studies in the field of veterinary.
1.1.4 The Website allows users registered as individuals (hereinafter, referred to as the “Individuals”) to search the information provided by the Organizations, apply for the jobs, practices, traineeships, volunteering positions, and studies in the field of veterinary.
1.1.5 The Website provides the Organizations and the Individuals with an opportunity to establish a contact with each other and communicate directly through messages in their emails. Please note that the Website merely facilitates the communication between the users of the Website. Thus, the Website is not responsible for the information posted by the Organizations and the Individuals and does not intervene in any means into the communication between the Organizations and the Individuals.
1.1.6 The Website also features an online shop where users can buy custom-made apparel, drinkware, and jewelry (hereinafter, referred to as the “Goods”).
1.1.7 The Company DOES NOT itself provide vacancies, practices, traineeships, volunteer positions, and studies in the field of veterinary. By using the Website, you acknowledge that the Organizations are solely responsible for the content, availability, and accessibility of the featured vacancies, practices, traineeships, volunteer positions, and studies in the field of veterinary.
1.1.8 The Company IS NOT involved in any contractual or other relationship arising between the Organizations and the Individuals. The Organizations and the Individuals bear full responsibility for complying with all applicable laws in relation to any contractual or other relationship that may arise between them as a result of the communication through the Website.
1.2 Registration on the Website
1.2.1 You can login into the Website by creating an account directly on the Website.
1.2.2 In order to register on the Website, please click on the button “Register” located on the top left corner of the Website, submit your contact details (i.e., a username, email address, password, and click on the button “Register” located below). If you are registering as an Organization, you can tick on the box “Yes. I want to post internship offers” before completing your registration.
1.2.3 You are not allowed to register more than one account by using the same email address and your account is not transferrable.
1.2.4 By registering on the Website, you represent and warrant that all information provided by you to the Company is accurate and up-to-date at the time your account on the Website is being created.
1.2.5 It is your responsibility to assure that the login details used by you to access the Website are kept in a private and secure manner. If you become aware that there is or has been any security breach in relation to your registered account, please immediately contact the Company.
2. Company’s Content
2.1 Some of the content published on the Website is owned by the Company (hereinafter, referred to as “Company’s Content”). Company’s Content includes, but is not limited to, images, source code, and text. We would like to inform you that Company’s Content is protected by the intellectual property law of the United States of America and the applicable international intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise provided in these Terms, you are not allowed to use Company’s Content in any way, including downloading, amending, copying, and distributing Company’s Content.
3. User-Generated Content
3.1 The Website offers users the opportunity to publish online content on the Website (hereinafter, collectively referred to as the “User-Generated Content”) through comments, forum messages, and public profiles. The User-Generated Content may include, for example, comments, text, images, and videos.
3.2 You agree not to submit any User-Generated Content or other material that:
(i) violates any applicable laws;
(ii) contains malware (e.g., viruses, worms, Trojan horses) or redirects to websites containing malware;
(iii) violates the intellectual property rights of others;

3.5 By posting your User-Generated Content on the Website, you grant the Company unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable rights to use, distribute, adapt, remix, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, excerpt, prepare derivative works of, and reproduce your User-Generated Content.
3.6 Please note that any User-Generated Content posted by you may become public. Please bear this in mind before making publicly available any personal or sensitive information, including, but not limited to, your contact details.
4.1 If you prefer, you can subscribe for our newsletter. You can do so by using “Sign up for newsletter” functionality which is available on the Website.
4.2 If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter or any other marketing material, please click on the “unsubscribe” link included in any newsletter submitted by the Company to you.

6. A license to use the Website

7. License restrictions
7.1 Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, you are not allowed to: (i) distribute Company’s Content and the User-Generated Content; (ii) copy Company’s Content and the User-Generated Content; (iii) disassemble, make alterations, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, adapt Company’s Content and the User-Generated Content; (iv) distribute, rent, loan, use, lease or attempt to grant other rights to Company’s Content and the User-Generated Content to third parties.
8.1 All Company’s Content, including trademarks, service marks and trade names of the Company, is intellectual property of the Company, its partners, agents, licensors, vendors, and/or other content providers.
8.2 All User-Generated Content is property of the respective owners. The Company is not responsible in any manner for the User-Generated Content.
9. Payments & refunds
9.1 The use of the Website, including registration of an account on the Website and communication between the Organizations and the Individuals is free of charge.
9.2 The Company provides the users with an opportunity to purchase the Goods in an online shop. All payments related to the purchases of the Goods can be made only through our third party payment processors, namely, (1) Paypal, Inc. having an address at 2211 North First Street, San Jose, California 95131, the United States of America and (2) Stripe, Inc. having an address at 185 Berry Street, Suite 550, San Francisco, CA 94107, the United States of America (hereinafter, collectively referred to as the “Third Party Payment Processors”). The official websites of the Third Party Payment Processors are https://www.paypal.com and https://stripe.com. You agree that we shall not be liable if the Third Party Payment Processors decline or refuse your payment.
9.2 You agree not to hold the Company liable for payments that do not reach the correct account because you have quoted an incorrect account number or incorrect personal information.
9.3 You must not pay, or attempt to make payments, through any fraudulent or unlawful means.
9.4 All prices of the Goods displayed on the Website are in United States Dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes, except for the delivery costs. The delivery costs will be indicated after you add the Goods to your shopping cart. The delivery costs will be added to your order at the checkout page of the Website. The prices remain valid as long as they are indicated on the Website. No additional charges will be made without your prior express agreement.
9.5 You have the right to return the Goods purchased through the Website and get a full refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the purchased Goods. If you would like to get a refund, please contact the Company at [email protected].
9.6 We do not place advertisements on the Website in such a way as to reach the users of the Website on the basis of their behavioral, psychographic, and demographic attributes.
10. Your warranty to the Company

16.4 The Company may amend or remove your account from the Website if we believe in our sole discretion that your account violates these Terms and it is appropriate, necessary or desirable to do so.
16.5 You may stop using the Website at any time and for any reason.
17. Governing Law
17.1 The Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, the United States of America.
17.2 All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts in the State of Delaware, the United States of America.
