- Fluent English and great communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and reliable with deadlines
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, with lots of initiative and a positive attitude
- Compassionate toward clients and teammates
- Eager to learn new things
- Based in an EU or USA time zone
- Previous experience is welcome, but not necessary if you are willing to learn
