Alianna has built a strong educational foundation to complement her extensive hands-on experience in the field of veterinary medicine. She holds a New Zealand National Certificate in Veterinary Nursing, which she earned from Otago Polytechnic in 2012. Furthermore, she graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Technology from Massey University, New Zealand, in 2015. Her commitment to expanding her knowledge is evident through her advanced qualifications in veterinary nursing, with a specific focus on reptiles and amphibians, small mammals, and the handling of venomous snakes. Alianna's dedication to continuous learning and her passion for exotic animals led her to become a Course Facilitator for Exotic Veterinary Nurse Training online, specializing in Bearded Dragon Dentistry. Notably, Alianna is a regular speaker at prestigious international veterinary conferences, including the VNCA conference, AZVT (American Zoological Veterinary Technician) Conference, and UPAV (Unusual Pets and Avian Veterinarian) conference. Experience

Alianna's journey in veterinary medicine began with a strong educational foundation. She studied animal science and veterinary nursing, earning her New Zealand National Certificate in Veterinary Nursing from Otago Polytechnic in 2012. Her pursuit of knowledge led her to Massey University in New Zealand, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Technology in 2015. In 2016, Alianna ventured to Australia to follow her passion for reptiles and exotic animals. Since then, she's been working as a veterinary technician/nurse in an exotic animal veterinary clinic. Her role includes being a surgical and consulting nurse, with a particular focus on the anesthesia and management of herpetological patients. Alianna also play a key role in maintaining the clinic's reptile collection. Her commitment to continual education has driven her to acquire qualifications in advanced veterinary nursing of reptiles and amphibians, advanced veterinary nursing of small mammals, and venomous snake handling. She believe that staying up-to-date with the latest knowledge is essential to providing the best care for exotic animals.
